Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can make it better. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them via the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, we send anonymous, non-identifying pings that include only your page path, referrer, and rough geographic region. Once you accept, Google Analytics sets a cookie to distinguish your session from other visitors.
When you submit the contact form, we record the submission with Google Analytics 4 via a server-side event (the Measurement Protocol). This event contains the service you enquired about, whether you provided a phone number or company name, and the page that led to the form. It does not include your name, email, message body, or phone number. Server-side events run regardless of your browser or ad-blocker setup, so we can see how many enquiries come in.
We do not use cookies for advertising. We do not share data with third parties other than Google Analytics.
You can decline analytics at any time by clicking the banner on first visit, or by clearing your browser storage for this site. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to block all GA4 tracking across sites that use it.
